In this direction, as Buğra Milk, we commit to:

• Ensuring customer satisfaction by producing products that meet our customers' expectations within the framework of the management systems, legal regulations, and ethical rules we have established,
• Informing and raising awareness among our employees and all stakeholders through training and communication channels,
• Conducting risk assessments regarding food safety, the environment, occupational safety, and energy management systems in our products and processes to identify impacts on the product, environment, and employees in advance, and carrying out studies to eliminate or minimize possible risks,
• Preventing pollution at its source by implementing methods to minimize the use of natural resources, as well as conducting studies to reduce and re-evaluate waste,
• Using energy-efficient products and services in our processes from the design stage, developing projects to reduce energy consumption, and enhancing energy efficiency by researching alternative resources,
• Ensuring the identification of risks that may endanger the existence, development, and continuity of the company, implementing necessary precautions regarding the identified risks, and managing the risks through Corporate Risk Management,
• Supplying and offering authentic (fraud-free) products by adopting food safety principles from farm to fork,
• Making efforts to prevent food loss and waste.
